| Attn: Tender Lawn Care Customers, We hope this page will answer the questions for most if not all of our customers. Tender Lawn Care wants to step outside of the normal business practices of other gardeners and actually answer these questions rather than have our customers guessing and feeling lost. Our goal is based on making our customers happy. Please let us know if you have any further questions/concerns that Tender Lawn Care may answer for you. Please feel free to use our feedback form (click here) to ask us more questions or just to say "Hi". If your question is a really good one, we may just post it here with our response. Once again thank you for the opportunity of doing business with you. Questions
“Why did Tender Lawn Care skip the last week in the month of my service?”· Tender Lawn Care only writes service agreements with either a one-week, two-week or a four-week per month schedule. If there is more than four weeks in a month, service will not be performed unless instructed by Owner or Property Manager. For example; if a service agreement consists of a four-week schedule and the service day falls on a Monday, there is a probability that there may be more than four Mondays in a given month. If a fifth Monday appears on the calendar, then Tender Lawn Care will not service that property unless instructed by Owner or Property Manager for an additional fee. The same applies to two-week service agreements.
o There are only two or three months in a year that include five weeks. These “No Service” days allow Tender Lawn Care to manage their equipment or make repairs necessary to allow a smooth service schedule with no delays due to equipment failure. Back to Top HomeWhy does Tender Lawn Care charge for “No Service” rainy days?
Back to Top HomeWhat if my property has a four-week service agreement and it rains three out of the four weeks within my scheduled service days?· If more than 50% of scheduled service days are missed due to bad weather conditions, Tender Lawn Care will charge no more and no less than 50% of the total normal monthly billable fee. o Reason: We charge the 50% and no less because Tender Lawn Care will still have to make up the work missed when we return. For example; if a customer has a service agreement that consists of a four-week schedule and three days of that schedule are missed due to foul weather conditions, then most likely that foul weather condition probably caused much more fallen debris than normal that needs to be cleaned up. At that point we have our work cut out for us. Back to Top HomeWhy doesn’t Tender Lawn Care return the next day to make up for a missed service day?
